Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Tutor, based in Kochi. The Online Tutor will be responsible for delivering interactive and personalized lessons to students from Kindergarten to Grade 12, ensuring clear understanding of curriculum concepts. Duties include lesson planning, conducting live online or in-person classes, tracking student progress, providing feedback to parents, and adapting teaching methods to each student’s learning needs for CBSE and Kerala syllabus support.
Qualifications
- Strong academic knowledge in core subjects relevant to CBSE and Kerala syllabi
- Proficiency in instructional methods, including interactive and concept-based teaching techniques
- Effective communication skills for 1:1 and small group sessions
- Experience in assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
- Ability to engage students and nurture a positive learning environment
- Familiarity with online teaching tools and technology
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or related fields
- Prior experience in teaching or tutoring students in similar grades and curricula is a plus
