Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Online Trainer & Mentor specializing in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). The role involves designing and delivering clear and engaging online training sessions, guiding learners through DSA concepts. will also evaluate participants' progress, offer constructive feedback, and curate resources to enhance their learning journey.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Working Experience in MAANG Companies (Meta, Amazon, Apple, Netflix, and Google) is Preferred
- Working Experience in similar top compaines (Microsoft, Paypal, Intuit, Adobe, Salesforce, Uber, Airbnb, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Spotify, Dropbox, Atlassian, Flipkart, Swiggy, Zomato, Razorpay etc..) will be considered.
- Extensive Experience & understanding of the DSA Interview rounds & Interviewers expectations
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching and mentoring diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Prior experience with online training or developing e-learning content is a plus.
- Proficiency in Java is a Plus.
