Job Description:

We are looking for passionate and experienced teachers for our online tuition program catering to Classes 6 to 10 (CBSE & ICSE boards). The teaching will be conducted using a digital board setup with a camera, ensuring an interactive and engaging learning experience for students.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct online classes for Classes 6 to 10 (CBSE & ICSE).
• Teach Mathematics / Science/ Social Science concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Use digital boards effectively for explanations and problem-solving.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practice materials.
• Conduct regular tests and track student performance.
• Resolve student doubts and provide academic support.
• Ensure timely syllabus completion.
• Maintain student engagement and discipline during sessions.
• Collaborate with the academic team for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics or Science or Social Science.
• Prior teaching experience (online/offline preferred).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools and teaching technology.
• Ability to explain concepts in a simple and understandable way.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant subject (B.Ed is a plus).

Experience:

5-6 years will also be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and the development of structured educational materials
• Background in Education or Teaching with expertise in Mathematics and Science
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
• Experience in Training students through interactive and innovative methods
• Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in an on-site capacity
• Degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or a related field (Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred)

Salary:

40,000-50,000 per month.
