Lokmat is looking for a highly driven and ROI-focused digital growth professional with 7–8 years of experience in scaling subscription-led, transaction-led, and consumer internet businesses through performance marketing, growth strategy, and revenue-focused campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in driving end-to-end growth across user acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, repeat usage, and monetization for digital products. The role requires strong analytical thinking, experimentation mindset, and performance optimization capabilities across multiple digital channels.
The candidate will work closely with product, marketing, analytics, revenue, content, and agency teams to identify growth opportunities, improve conversion funnels, and build scalable growth playbooks for Lokmat’s digital and subscription business.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive growth for subscription and transaction-led digital products.
• Build and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, paid social, affiliates, and retargeting channels.
• Improve acquisition efficiency, conversion rates, retention, repeat usage, and revenue growth.
• Develop and optimize customer journeys, landing pages, lifecycle campaigns, and conversion funnels.
• Work with influencers, creators, and social platforms to drive acquisition and conversion-led campaigns.
• Coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders for campaign execution and optimization.
• Identify growth opportunities across regional and vernacular audience segments.
Candidates from Digital Media, Consumer Internet, D2C, eCommerce, OTT, Apps, Subscription Platforms, EdTech, FinTech, or Performance Marketing Agencies will be preferred.
Experience working with Bharat, Regional Language, Vernacular, or Mass Consumer digital products will be a strong advantage.
