We are looking for experienced and visionary School Principals to lead our Indian Curriculum School and British Curriculum School in a student-centric, digital learning environment.
1. Indian School Principal
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive academic leadership experience within Indian curricula (CBSE / ICSE / State Boards)
- Strong expertise in academic governance, curriculum implementation, and teacher development
- Proven ability to lead and manage distributed academic teams in a virtual environment
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
2. British School Principal
- 8–12 years of leadership experience delivering the British Curriculum (EYFS, Cambridge; IB preferred)
- Demonstrated success in driving academic excellence, compliance, and quality assurance
- Experience leading virtual school operations and remote faculty teams
- Exceptional communication skills with global exposure and cultural sensitivity
Key Responsibilities (Both Roles)
- Provide strategic academic leadership aligned with a digital-first education model
- Ensure high-quality teaching, learning outcomes, and curriculum delivery
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate remote academic teams
- Drive experiential, activity-based, and project-based learning initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen school performance
Essential Requirements
- Proven academic leadership experience in a K–12 school (1000+ students preferred)
- Strong understanding of international curriculum standards and emerging academic practices
- Hands-on experience with online learning platforms, Google Workspace, Zoom, and digital tools
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate virtual teams while working from home
- Master’s degree with B.Ed. or equivalent with more than 8 years of experience
- Willingness to work six days a week and extend hours when required (Remote / Work from Home)
