Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Online Sales Specialist based in New Delhi. The role involves managing online sales operations, engaging with customers via digital platforms, and providing excellent customer service. The specialist will also assist in executing online marketing strategies to drive sales and may be required to help new team members with training on processes or platforms. Additional responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with clients
- Prior experience in sales and online marketing of a luxury designer brand, with a focus on driving conversions
- Proficiency in online sales tools and platforms is a plus, includind Ads Manager
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a problem-solving attitude
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
