Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Sales Manager, located in New Delhi. The Online Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of online sales strategies, ensuring the growth of online revenue. Responsibilities include managing e-commerce platforms, optimizing online marketing campaigns, analyzing sales data to identify opportunities, and establishing effective communication with customers. The role involves close coordination with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and meet business objectives. Thourough with Amazon Seller Services and keywords.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and resolve inquiries effectively
- Expertise in Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding online sales targets
- Proficiency in managing E-Commerce platforms and implementing Online Marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data to enhance performance
- Experience in the packaging or similar industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
