Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Online Sales Manager who can take ownership of revenue generation across all digital platforms, including website, Amazon, Flipkart, and social media.
This role is focused on sales growth, performance tracking, and conversion optimization, not just listing management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Online Sales Growth (Core Responsibility)
Drive sales across:
- Company website
- Amazon
- Flipkart
- Social media (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
Monitor daily sales performance and take actions to improve conversions
2. Marketplace Management
Manage and optimize listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms
Ensure:
- correct product information
- competitive pricing
- strong visibility
Track platform performance and improve rankings and sales
3. Website Sales Optimization
Improve conversion on company website
Coordinate with marketing team for traffic and leads
Ensure smooth customer journey from inquiry to purchase
4. Lead Handling & Conversion
Manage and track online inquiries (WhatsApp, Instagram, website)
Ensure timely response and follow-up
Convert leads into actual sales
5. Campaign & Offer Execution
Plan and execute offers, discounts, and campaigns across platforms
Work with marketing team on ads and promotions
Track performance of campaigns and optimize accordingly
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track:
- daily sales
- platform-wise performance
- conversion rates
- lead-to-sale ratio
Submit regular reports with insights and action plans
7. Coordination & Execution
Coordinate with:
- logistics team (for dispatch and delivery)
- customer support
- marketing team
Ensure smooth end-to-end sales process
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong sales mindset with focus on revenue growth
- Experience in e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Comfortable handling leads and closing sales
- Data-driven and performance-focused
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to take ownership and deliver results
