Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position in Kolkata for an Online Sales Manager. The Online Sales Manager will oversee and manage e-commerce platforms, execute online marketing strategies, analyze sales performance, and identify opportunities for increased revenue. Additional responsibilities include interacting with customers to ensure a seamless purchasing experience, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and developing strategies to drive online sales growth while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Sales and E-Commerce management
- Expertise in Online Marketing strategies and tools
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and strategize for growth
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and data analysis tools
- Problem-solving skills and proactive decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with the skincare or beauty industry is a plus
- Proven experience in managing online sales operations
