Role Description
The Online Sales Executive will manage and drive sales through online platforms, ensuring excellent customer experiences. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing online marketing strategies, engaging with customers via communication channels, handling inquiries, providing support, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thiruvananthapuram.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Customer Service and Customer Support to ensure seamless client interactions.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with customers and team members.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Online Marketing to drive conversion and maintain brand presence.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for online sales and marketing activities is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or activewear industries is advantageous.
