Role Overview
The role mainly involves customer communication, follow-ups, sales coordination, and assisting customers throughout the purchase process. Candidates should be comfortable interacting with customers, maintaining proper coordination, and supporting daily operations whenever required.

• Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
• Coordinate with customers regarding products and purchases
• Maintain proper customer and sales records
• Assist customers with product guidance and support
• Support daily coordination and communication activities
Requirements:
• Diploma / Any Degree
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
• Basic customer handling understanding preferred
