Job Description
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Online Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries from WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram, Facebook, and our website.
Your job is to guide customers, explain our jewellery collections, follow up with leads, and convert inquiries into sales.
Responsibilities
- Handle online customer inquiries.- Call and follow up with interested customers.- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and payment options.
- Update customer details in the CRM.- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of sales or customer service experience (Jewellery experience is preferred but not mandatory).- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel, and CRM software.- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
