Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as an Online Sales Aggregator for Swiggy and Zomato, based in Kolkata. The responsibilities include managing and optimizing online sales platforms, coordinating with delivery partners, implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase visibility, responding to customer queries, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment. The role also encompasses monitoring performance metrics on aggregator platforms and staying updated on competitive trends and customer preferences in the online food delivery segment.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with a focus on addressing customer needs and ensuring satisfaction
- Sales and Online Marketing experience, including the ability to promote offerings on aggregator platforms effectively
- Experience in Training and guiding team members for operational excellence
- Proficiency in using technology platforms, particularly those related to food delivery operations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and consumer habits is a plus
- Prior experience as KAM is preferred.
- Minimum 3 Years of experience in relevant role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
