- Freshers: Fixed ₹20,000/month
- Experienced: Fixed ₹30,000/month
- Incentives: 50% of fixed salary

Who We're Looking For
A person who wants to become digital-first sales consultant who can sell high-ticket diamond jewellery entirely online — via WhatsApp, video calls, and phone. No shop floor experience needed; this is consultative selling through screens, not counters. Freshers with strong communication skills are most welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads via WhatsApp, phone, video, or email
- Guide customers through product discovery, design options, pricing, and certification details
- Build trust and drive conversions for high-value and made-to-order jewellery
- Log all conversations, notes, and statuses into CRM tools
- Offer video consultations and live product demos where required
Requirements
- Freshers ; while we shall also consider Up to 2+ years in jewellery sales for the experienced candidates
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – English & Hindi a must
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, video calling tools
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and emotionally intelligent
- Availability to work 6 days a week (including weekends), with weekly offs
