Operating in the Digital Marketing & Online Reputation Management sector, we support enterprise and consumer brands in protecting and growing their brand equity across search engines, social platforms, and review sites.
We deliver proactive reputation strategies, crisis response, and content moderation workflows that align PR, product, and customer experience teams.
Location: India — On-site role focused on hands-on reputation operations and stakeholder collaboration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute end-to-end online reputation strategies across social channels, review sites, and search results to protect brand perception.
- Continuously monitor brand mentions and sentiment using social listening tools; triage incidents and lead real-time crisis response with PR/legal/product stakeholders.
- Manage review and feedback workflows—respond to reviews, coordinate remediation, and escalate safety or defamation cases to appropriate teams.
- Implement Reputation SEO tactics to suppress negative content and surface authoritative assets through content creation, structured data, and backlink strategies.
- Build and maintain dashboards, automated alerts, and KPI reports (sentiment trends, response SLAs, visibility metrics) to demonstrate impact and inform leadership.
- Develop response templates, moderation playbooks, and train on-site moderation teams to ensure consistent tone, accuracy, and compliance.
