Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Online Reputation Management Specialist based in Mumbai. The specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the online presence of clients by monitoring and responding to customer reviews and mentions across platforms. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research, analyzing online sentiment, creating professional written content, and implementing strategies to enhance brand reputation. The role will also require consistent communication with clients and internal teams to collaborate on brand-building initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft impactful and professional responses.
• Analytical Skills to evaluate online sentiment and track brand performance data.
• Research expertise to identify trends and monitor brand mentions across digital channels.
• Ability to facilitate Training sessions to educate stakeholders on online reputation management best practices.
• Experience in public relations or digital marketing is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Should have experience using various social media listening tools
• Should have proven expertise working with ORM tools
• Should have experise in setting up workflows on ORM tools
• Should be weel versed in Marathi
