Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Online Reputation Management - Executive based in New Delhi. The candidate will focus on monitoring and managing the company's and clients' online reputation by analyzing online content, responding to reviews, and engaging with audiences on digital platforms. Other responsibilities include creating strategies for managing negative feedback, preparing analytical reports, and collaborating with internal teams to improve brand image and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Effective skills in Reputation Management, Review Handling, and Online Brand Monitoring
- Familiarity with Social Media Management and Online Community Engagement
- Strong command over Writing, Editing, and Content Development
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
- Proficiency in tools and platforms for digital campaigns, including SEO and online analytics
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage negative feedback with diplomacy
- Experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related disciplines
