We’re looking for a Relationship Manager who can create a smooth, trusted, and high-quality experience for students & parents inside our ecosystem.
📍 Role Details
• Work From Home
• 6 Days a Week
• Timing: 12 PM – 8 PM
• Salary: ₹18,0000– ₹2,40,000 (Annual Package)
💼 Key Responsibilities
• Student onboarding & activation
• Parent communication & support
• Query resolution with ownership
• Platform coordination & follow-ups
• Data management & internal team coordination
• Identifying student needs & upsell opportunities

• Strong communication & relationship-building skills
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable handling parents & students professionally
• Someone who genuinely cares about student success
• Experience in EdTech/customer support is a plus
