Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Online Python Mentor. The role involves teaching Python programming to students in an interactive online environment, guiding them through both theoretical and practical aspects. Responsibilities include creating an engaging and supportive learning atmosphere, solving coding-related queries, and adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python, including foundational programming concepts, problem-solving, and debugging
- Strong communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, or teaching students, especially young learners
- Ability to create an engaging and interactive virtual classroom environment
- Familiarity with designing or following structured curriculum objectives is a plus
- Reliable hardware setup and stable internet connection to conduct online sessions smoothly
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience preferred
