What You’ll Do
- Support customers through chat, email, phone, and SMS regarding orders, product inquiries, and post-purchase concerns while delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and product recommendations to improve customer engagement and increase order value.
- Assist with subscription recovery, abandoned cart follow-ups, winback efforts, and other customer retention initiatives.
- Help manage order tracking, returns, exchanges, and cancellation requests while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Deliver professional, personalized, and high-quality customer support aligned with TalentPop App’s service standards.
- Maintain accurate customer records and provide feedback and insights that support process improvements and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows, customer experience strategies, and operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of proven remote or online sales and customer support experience.
- Prior E-Commerce experience is required, especially in areas such as upselling, cross-selling, abandoned cart recovery, subscription support, post-purchase assistance, or customer retention.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive customer relationships.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat.
- Experience using Shopify, CRM systems, or customer engagement platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
Technical Requirements
- Personally owned PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor or equivalent, and a minimum of 8GB RAM.
- Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for both upload and download.
- Quiet and professional remote workspace suitable for calls and customer communication.
