Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented candidate to manage and process online orders from our store. The role involves handling incoming orders, coordinating with the warehouse team, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and manage online orders from website / WhatsApp / apps
Process orders in system (billing / POS)
Coordinate with packing team to ensure correct items and quality
Assign orders to delivery team and track dispatch
Handle customer queries related to orders (calls / WhatsApp)
Maintain order records and daily reports
Ensure minimum errors in order processing and billing
