Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Online Maths Tutor. The Online Maths Tutor will be responsible for conducting engaging and interactive online tutoring sessions in mathematics for students aged 5 to 17. The tutor will teach concepts such as algebra, provide feedback to students, and communicate progress with parents. The role requires delivering clear explanations and adapting teaching styles to cater to individual learning needs.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Mathematics, including Algebra
- Experience in Online Tutoring and traditional Tutoring
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with students and parents
- Ability to engage and motivate children of various age groups
- Flexibility to conduct tutoring sessions remotely and adapt teaching styles
- Prior experience teaching young learners is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field is preferred
- Availability to commit to consistent part-time hours
