Role Description
This part-time remote position is for an Online Maths Tutor. The tutor will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive online math lessons, focusing on concepts such as algebra and foundational mathematics. Additional responsibilities include maintaining consistent communication with students, and monitoring their progress over time.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mathematics, particularly in Algebra and related concepts
- Experience in Online Tutoring and a solid understanding of digital teaching tools
- Strong Communication and Tutoring skills to engage and motivate students
- Patience, organizational skills, and the ability to create customized lesson plans
- Prior experience teaching children is a plus
- A degree or ongoing studies in Mathematics, Education, or a related field is preferred
- Reliable technology and internet connection to facilitate remote teaching sessions
