Role Description
This is a part-time remote position for an Online Mathematics Tutor. The tutor will deliver engaging and interactive math lessons to students, focusing on topics such as basic math concepts, algebra, and problem-solving. Responsibilities include addressing student queries, and fostering an encouraging virtual learning environment to ensure academic growth.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Mathematics, including Algebra and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Online Tutoring and Tutoring with a student-centered approach
- Excellent Communication skills to engage and motivate young learners
- Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit various learning styles
- Previous experience in teaching or working with children is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field; or current enrollment in a relevant program
