Job Description:

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Math Teachers to join our team and teach primary and middle school students in the USA. This is a remote, work-from-home position requiring teachers to work the US shift hours as mentioned above.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective online Math lessons to primary and middle school students in the USA.
• Teach in 1:1 and group batches.
• Utilize strong pedagogical and conceptual knowledge to enhance student learning.
• Integrate technical tools and platforms for online teaching and student engagement.
• Prepare and execute lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and support.
• Foster a positive and interactive learning environment.
• Run peer 2 peer reviews.
• Contribute in Curriculum development and enhancement.

Requirements:

• Graduation and Master's degree with any field, with Maths as a compulsory subject.
• Strong pedagogical and conceptual knowledge in Maths.
• Proficiency in using online teaching tools and technologies.
• Prior experience in teaching is preferred.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students in an online environment.

Location: Remote - Work from Home (WFH)- Anywhere in India

Work Shift:

• Tuesday - Friday: 1:00 am - 10:00 am IST
• Saturday - Sunday: 6:00 pm - 3:00 am IST
• Monday -Weekly Off

Salary Range: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month plus incentives based on experience
