Main Objective of the Job: -
The Associate – We are looking for a versatile Digital Marketing Associate who can seamlessly blend creativity with technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across digital and offline marketing, content creation and management, website development, newsletter campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working on diverse marketing initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities: -
· Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive client engagement
· Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
· Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients
· Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals
· Manage on-field promotional activities and events
· Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
· Provide feedback and insights to improve service offerings
Person Specification: -
Experience
· Any Bachelor’s degree with Digital Marketing Course / Social Media Management Course.
· 2–4 years of experience in marketing with both digital and offline, website development newsletters.
· Proficiency in Website Management, CRM Development & Campaigns.
· Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tools.
· Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
