Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Online Marketing Associate to join our team at our Noida office. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and monitoring online marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, creating engaging digital content, and analyzing marketing metrics. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive traffic and enhance consumer engagement to support the company’s growth initiatives.
Experience Required: 0 to 6 months
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Online Marketing, and Digital Marketing strategies and tools
- Strong Marketing and Communication skills for campaign creation and collaboration
- Ability to analyze marketing data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience working with digital platforms and content management systems
- Relevant academic background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational, time-management, and teamwork capabilities
- Prior experience in e-commerce or retail marketing will be a plus
