Role Overview
We are looking for freelance online instructors to develop course content and conduct live online classes under our banner from anywhere. This is an hourly paid role and is well suited for educators, professionals, and practitioners who enjoy teaching and can effectively engage learners in an online environment.
We also welcome individuals who are interested in starting their careers in the academic field and would like to be part of an educational platform from its early stages.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop structured class content based on assigned topics
- Conduct and manage live, interactive online sessions end-to-end
- Communicate concepts clearly with a practical, learner-focused approach
- Engage learners actively and encourage participation during sessions
- Adapt teaching methods to suit effective online delivery
- Assign tasks or activities, monitor learner progress, and provide guidance
- Work closely with the team to ensure a consistent and successful learning experience
Eligibility & Requirements
- Strong subject knowledge in the selected field
- Passion for teaching and sharing knowledge
- Comfortable with conducting live online sessions
- Mandatory: Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English
Candidates who do not have a bachelor’s degree in the subject they wish to teach may also apply. The only requirement is that you have thorough knowledge of the subject.
