Role Description The ONLINE ENGLISH CAMBRIDGE/ICSE CURRICULUM TEACHER role is a full-time remote teaching position focused on delivering high-quality English lessons aligned with Cambridge and ICSE curricula. The teacher will conduct live one-to-one online classes, plan and deliver structured lessons, and adapt teaching materials to meet individual learner needs across different grades. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, assigning and evaluating homework, conducting quizzes and tests, and providing timely feedback to learners and guardians. The teacher will also offer ongoing doubt-clearing sessions, track student performance, maintain clear communication with the academic coordination team, and contribute to continuous improvement of teaching methods and materials.
remuneration - 500/hour 6th-8th and 550/hour for 9-12th garde
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to explain concepts in a simple, engaging manner.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to diagnose learning gaps, customize lesson plans, and utilize appropriate curriculum resources.
- Candidates should possess effective Writing skills for creating assignments, assessments, and feedback that align with Cambridge and ICSE standards.
- Candidates should possess Training and pedagogical skills, with experience in mentoring learners in online environments and using digital tools for instruction.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; formal teacher training or certification in Cambridge/ICSE curriculum is highly beneficial.
- Prior experience teaching English for Cambridge and/or ICSE boards, especially in an online or blended setting, is preferred.
- Comfort with educational technology platforms, stable internet access, and the ability to manage interactive online classrooms independently.
- Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and a learner-centered approach to teaching.
