Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Online E-commerce Expert to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving user experience, and managing end-to-end e-commerce operations across platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and Flipkart.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Management
· Manage day-to-day operations of online stores and marketplaces
· Upload, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
· Ensure accurate inventory and order management
Sales & Revenue Growth
· Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and conversion rates
· Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and ROI
· Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Marketplace Management
· Handle seller accounts on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces
· Manage promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns
· Ensure compliance with platform policies
Digital Marketing Integration
· Work closely with digital marketing teams on SEO, SEM, and paid campaigns
· Run and optimize campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
· Improve organic rankings and traffic
Website Optimization
· Optimize user experience (UX/UI) and checkout processes
· Conduct A/B testing to improve conversions
· Coordinate with developers for website improvements
Data Analysis & Reporting
· Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and campaign performance
· Prepare regular reports and actionable insights
· Use data to drive decision-making
Customer Experience
· Monitor customer feedback, ratings, and reviews
· Resolve escalations and improve customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
· 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales
· Hands-on experience with platforms especially- Amazon, Shopify or Flipkart
· Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics
· Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and online marketing strategies
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Job Location- Noida, Sector 2
Working days- 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) Work from Office role
