Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative
Online Content Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing high-quality content across our digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy Development
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with OnlyTRAININGS' goals and target audience.
- Conduct content audits and identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
Content Creation and Management
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content for the company website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce technical content that resonates with industry professionals.
SEO and Analytics
- Optimize content for search engines to improve organic rankings and drive traffic.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor content performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Adjust content strategies based on data-driven findings to enhance effectiveness.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with the marketing, product, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive and integrated content initiatives.
- Coordinate with external partners and freelancers as needed to produce high-quality content.
Brand Consistency
- Ensure all content adheres to OnlyTRAININGS’ brand guidelines, tone, and style.
- Maintain a consistent voice across all platforms to strengthen brand identity.
Innovation and Trends
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing.
- Experiment with new content formats and distribution channels to engage the audience effectively.
Qualifications:
Education
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree Chemistry.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Content Manager, Online Content Manager, or similar role, preferably within the B2B or technical sectors.
- Experience in the chemical industry or related technical fields is a plus.
Skills
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of content marketing principles and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing content for a marketplace platform or e-commerce site.
