Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for Online Coding Mentors specializing in Web Development, Python, or Scratch. Mentors will deliver live, interactive coding sessions to students aged 5 to 17, following Codeyoung’s curriculum. Responsibilities include designing engaging lesson plans, providing personalized guidance, tracking student progress, and fostering an encouraging learning environment. Mentors may also need to adapt sessions based on students’ needs and skill levels.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Training skills to clearly articulate coding concepts and engage students.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Research to ensure high-quality and well-prepared course delivery.
- Excellent Writing skills to create instructional materials and documentation as required.
- Prior experience in online teaching or mentoring is an advantage, especially with students aged 5-17.
- Proficiency in Web Development, Python, or Scratch programming languages.
- Reliable internet connection and comfort with virtual teaching platforms.
- A passion for teaching and inspiring young minds to learn coding.
Note-
This role requires you to deliver 5 hours everyday between 03:30AM - 08:30AM.
