Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Coding Teacher based in Bangalore. The Online Coding Teacher will be responsible for developing engaging lesson plans, delivering live interactive coding sessions to young learners, and adapting teaching methods to individual learning needs. Additional responsibilities include fostering creativity, aiding students in completing coding projects, and fostering a positive and educational online learning environment. Collaboration with other instructors and the CleverTales development team will be key to improving and evolving course content.
Qualifications
- Experience in Lesson Planning and Education
- Strong skills in Communication and Teaching
- Experience with Training and mentoring learners across project-based or educational environments
- Proficiency in coding languages and visual programming tools used in children’s coding programs (e.g., Scratch, MIT App Inventor, or basic web development frameworks)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage and deliver lessons effectively
- Ability to inspire and engage young learners
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field is preferred
