Role Description
This is a Part time remote role for an Online Coding Mentor specializing in Python, Scratch, and Web Development. Based in Bengaluru, the mentor will conduct interactive coding sessions for kids ranging from 5 to 17 years old, ensuring an engaging and student-focused learning experience. Responsibilities include guiding students in their coding journey, evaluating their progress, and fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python, Scratch, and Web Development
- Strong teaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to engage young learners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create an interactive and fun learning atmosphere
- Prior experience in teaching or mentoring coding to children is a plus
- Proactive and patient attitude, along with strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, or equivalent
