Usher Media is the digital marketing division of Softknack Technologies. We help brands grow through smart, data-driven paid media strategies. We're looking for a hands-on PPC Executive who can plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns — someone who takes ownership and constantly pushes for better results.
About the Role
As a PPC Executive, you will manage paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms from setup to reporting. You'll work closely with the marketing team to ensure every campaign delivers measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, and manage campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Monitor daily performance metrics — CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA — and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting
- Conduct keyword research and manage negative keyword lists to improve quality scores
- Build audience segments, lookalike audiences, and remarketing lists
- Run A/B tests on ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and GA4
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
Requirements
- 1+ year of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Google Ads or Meta Ads
- Solid understanding of key metrics — CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, Quality Score
- Proficient in Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite
- Basic knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Good written communication for ad copy and reporting
Good to Have
- Google Ads certification
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads
- Familiarity with SEMrush or similar keyword tools
- Background in e-commerce or B2B campaigns
