Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Online Bidder role located in the Mohali district. The Online Bidder will handle client acquisition tasks through online platforms, including exploring, bidding, and securing new projects. Daily responsibilities include analyzing client requirements, preparing proposals, building client relationships, and maintaining consistent follow-ups. The candidate will be integral in achieving revenue growth targets and maintaining a high standard of professionalism in client communications.
Experience Required : Freshers- 6 month
Shift : Night ( 7 p.m - 4 a.m)
Qualifications
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experienced generating business through various online freelancing platforms like Upwork, Guru, fiver, PPH etc.
- Preparing and submitting proposals and bids in a timely manner to secure new business opportunities.
- Communicating and understanding client’s project requirements, negotiating terms and conditions to secure projects and maximise profitability.
- Continuously conducting market research, identifying new opportunities and stay updated on new industry trends. Also improving bidding tactics to increase win rates.
- Maintaining the record of all bids and proposals submitted including outcomes and feedback received.
- Coordinating with other departments to keep track record of client’s projects.
