Shift : Night (7p.m - 4 a.m)

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in the Mohali district for an Online Bidder. The Online Bidder will be responsible for identifying and bidding on suitable projects across freelance platforms, preparing compelling proposals, and following up with potential clients to secure projects. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing client requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure project deliverables are defined and met. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will also be a key focus of the role.
Qualifications
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experienced generating business through various online freelancing platforms like Upwork, Guru, fiver, PPH etc.
- Preparing and submitting proposals and bids in a timely manner to secure new business opportunities.
- Communicating and understanding client’s project requirements, negotiating terms and conditions to secure projects and maximise profitability.
- Continuously conducting market research, identifying new opportunities and stay updated on new industry trends. Also improving bidding tactics to increase win rates.
- Maintaining the record of all bids and proposals submitted including outcomes and feedback received.
- Coordinating with other departments to keep track record of client’s projects.
