🚀 We’re Scaling: Business Development Representative (BDR)
📍 Sector 68, Noida | 🕓 Experience: 3–6 Years
Let’s be clear — this is not a passive sales role.
This is for people who know how to break into accounts and build opportunities from scratch.
💼 What this role actually looks like:
• Hunting for potential clients across LinkedIn, email & cold calls
• Reaching out to decision-makers and starting real business conversations
• Understanding hiring needs and qualifying opportunities
• Staying consistent with follow-ups (not one-time outreach)
• Booking meetings for the Business Development team
• Sharing strong client insights that help in closures
🎯 What you’ll be owning:
• Prospecting the right companies & contacts
• Qualifying opportunities based on real business potential
• Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline
• Keeping prospects engaged till they are ready for a sales conversation
🧠 What we’re looking for:
• 3–6 years experience in IT Staffing / Business Development
• Strong outbound mindset (LinkedIn, email, cold calling)
• Hands-on with tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Snov, etc.
• Clear communication across calls, emails & LinkedIn
• Someone who can handle rejection and still show up every day
