Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Online Advertising Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through ad sales, client acquisition, and managing partnerships within the Deals & Cashback / Affiliate (CPS) ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients for advertising campaigns
- Manage end-to-end ad sales cycle including pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Work on CPS (Cost Per Sale) and affiliate-based campaign models
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and partners
- Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Content, Design) for campaign execution
- Track campaign performance and ensure revenue targets are met
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights
- Stay updated with industry trends in Coupons, Cashback & Affiliate Marketing
Key Requirements- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Ad Sales / Digital Sales / Affiliate Marketing
- Prior experience in Coupons & Cashback industry will be preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Understanding of online advertising models (CPS, CPA, CPL)
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of Excel for reporting and tracking
Preferred Skills- Experience working with affiliate networks or deal platforms
- Ability to pitch and close deals independently
- Good analytical and problem-solving approach
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
