HIRING: ONLINE ADMISSION COUNSELLOR
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Online Admission Counsellor to join our growing team.
Job Role
As an Online Admission Counsellor, you will be responsible for counselling students, understanding their education and career requirements, guiding them about suitable online degree programs, and converting interested leads into applications and admissions.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Online Admissions
- Experience in Online University / Online Degree Admissions is mandatory
- Experience in counselling students for programs such as Online MBA, BBA, BCA, MCA, BA, MA, or other online degree programs
- Strong communication and counselling skills
- Experience in handling student leads through phone calls and WhatsApp
- Strong follow-up and lead conversion skills
- Ability to handle student and parent queries
- Knowledge of the complete Lead → Counselling → Application → Admission process
- Ability to handle objections and close admissions
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, CRM and WhatsApp communication
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary
₹10,000 to ₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Salary will depend on the candidate's experience, skills, and previous performance.
