Full-Stack Developer

We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with potential to grow into the CTO role. You'll be responsible for leading the technical strategy and guiding our small but highly skilled engineering team. Your job will be to architect scalable solutions across the platform and integrate cutting-edge AI technologies. What You'll Do: Technical Leadership: Define system architecture and oversee the end-to-end development of both backend and frontend. Team Management: Mentor the engineering team, helping them grow and align with the company's goals. AI Integration: Work with leading AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.) to power innovative content creation features. Scalable Infrastructure: Design and maintain cloud-based solutions to support 4 million monthly users, focusing on reliability and performance. Innovation & Strategy: Shape our technical vision to keep the company at the forefront of the generative AI revolution. What We Expect From You: Experience: 5+ years of full-stack development, with prior leadership or CTO-level experience preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Node.js, Go, etc.), frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). AI Expertise: Experience working with or integrating LLMs and AI models, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or leveraging existing APIs. Architecture & Scaling: Proven track record of architecting scalable solutions for high-traffic platforms. Leadership: Ability to mentor your team and communicate complex technical ideas to stakeholders. Startup Mindset: Comfort with rapid changes and the ability to find creative solutions with limited resources.
