Job Title: OneTrust Implementation Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled OneTrust Implementation Specialist with hands-on experience in implementing and configuring the OneTrust platform for privacy, consent, and data governance programs. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in privacy technology implementations and supporting organizations in operationalizing privacy frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end implementation of the OneTrust platform across privacy and data protection modules.
- Configure and manage modules such as Consent & Preference Management, Cookie Compliance, Data Subject Request (DSR) Automation, Data Mapping, and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA/DPIA).
- Work closely with legal, compliance, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into platform configurations.
- Conduct privacy data mapping exercises and integrate findings into OneTrust.
- Implement cookie consent banners and website scanning using OneTrust tools.
- Support DSAR workflow configuration and automation.
- Assist clients in aligning privacy programs with regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other global data protection laws.
- Provide support in testing, deployment, documentation, and user training.
- Troubleshoot issues related to platform configuration and integrations.
- Participate in client discussions and support project delivery timelines.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in privacy consulting, privacy technology implementation, or data protection roles.
- Hands-on experience with OneTrust implementation or configuration.
- Good understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy frameworks.
- Experience with privacy program implementation, data mapping, and consent management.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including legal, risk, compliance, and IT.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, or OneTrust Certification.
- Experience with privacy automation tools and GRC platforms.
- Exposure to privacy governance, risk, and compliance programs.
