Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced OneStream Developer to design and implement Financial Close and FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) solutions. The role involves end-to-end implementation of OneStream applications including planning, configuration, development, testing, and post go-live support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement OneStream CPM/EPM solutions
- Work on Financial Close, consolidation, and FP&A processes
- Handle full lifecycle: design → build → testing → deployment → support
- Configure metadata, security, and business rules in OneStream
- Develop planning, forecasting, and reporting solutions
- Work on multi-GAAP and multi-currency implementations
- Perform intercompany eliminations and consolidation adjustments
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders (onsite/offshore)
- Create documentation and support post go-live activities
Mandatory Skills
- 5–7 years of OneStream Development experience
- At least 2–3 end-to-end OneStream implementations
- Strong knowledge of Financial Close & Consolidation
- Experience in FP&A (planning, forecasting, reporting)
- Knowledge of intercompany elimination & ownership accounting
- Ability to configure metadata, security, and business rules
- Experience with Smart View & reporting tools
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of SQL, C#.Net, VB.Net
- Experience with data integration and reconciliation tools
