We are looking for an experienced OneSignal Lifecycle Marketing Expert to lead and scale lifecycle strategy across consumer mobile apps. This role is ideal for someone who understands user behavior, engagement loops, retention mechanics, and how lifecycle marketing directly impacts revenue growth.
You will own the end-to-end lifecycle architecture across push, in-app messaging, SMS, and email, with a clear focus on improving activation, retention, and lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead lifecycle strategy and execution within OneSignal across mobile and web
- Build advanced audience segmentation using behavioral data and event-based triggers
- Design and optimize automated journeys across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and win-back
- Develop personalization frameworks to improve relevance and user experience
- Run structured A B testing across messaging, timing, frequency, and journey logic
- Partner with product and growth teams to align lifecycle communication with business objectives
- Track and improve core metrics, including CTR, activation rate, retention rate, churn, and LTV
Requirements
- 3 plus years of hands-on lifecycle or CRM marketing experience
- Strong expertise in OneSignal, including automation, segmentation, and journey orchestration
- Direct experience working with consumer mobile apps
- Deep understanding of event-driven triggers and behavioral targeting
- Proven ability to improve retention, engagement, or lifetime value through lifecycle programs
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into action
- Ability to collaborate effectively across product, growth, and marketing teams

- Subscription-based consumer apps
- SaaS or mobile-first products
- Scaling lifecycle systems in growth stage environments
