We’re hiring a trustworthy, detail-oriented, and dependable Finance Associate to support the CEO directly on all finance-related responsibilities. This includes budgeting, payroll oversight, expense tracking, and managing costs across different business units.
You’ll play a key role in supporting executive decision-making and staying involved in all cost/investment-related meetings. This is a hands-on role requiring responsiveness, discretion, and a sharp eye for detail.
In This Role You Will
Expense & Cash Flow
- Track day-to-day company expenses and reimbursements
- Maintain vendor payment schedules and logs
- Monitor cash flow against budgets and flag irregularities
- Create P&L’s and Balance sheets
- Credit card and Bank reconciliation
- Managing petty cash account and payments
Payroll
- Manage and coordinate India payroll cycles in partnership with HR and local partners
- Track compliance requirements and assist with documentation readiness
Budgeting & Financial Tracking
- Help build and update department-level and company-wide budgets
- Create finance dashboards and maintain summaries for executive use
- Assist with month-end reports and financial snapshots
- Identify opportunities for cost savings & efficiency improvements through ongoing analysis of financial
data
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, provide insights, and support overall financial goals

Meeting Support & Founder Assistance
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, variance analysis, trend identification, and performance metrics evaluation.
- Join or debrief on meetings related to investments, costs, or financial decisions
- Ensure timely documentation, tracking of follow-ups, and clear reporting to the CEO
- Be available for travel support or urgent financial tasks as required
Compliance
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies, assisting in audits when necessary
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or business operations
- Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of analytical skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Discreet and highly trustworthy with confidential financial data
- Willingness to be flexible with hours and location
