Job Summary
The job of Community Volunteer Coordinator is done for the purpose/s of assisting the school in performance of its activities through the use of qualified volunteers including recruitment, orientation, coordination and scheduling of volunteers to supplement school personnel resources; and performing needed functions when volunteers are not available. A Community Volunteer Coordinator reports directly to the site Principal.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education Required: High School diploma or equivalent. Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required: Criminal Justice Fingerprint Clearance, IA Clerical tests, other related tests, pre-placement medical physical (Group II).

- Three Letters of Recommendation (dated within the past 12 months, with at least one from a supervisor)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proof of having passed the District Proficiency Exam OR transcripts w/ at least 48 college credits to waive proficiency
Schedule: 3.75 hrs. / 1 day a week (7:30AM- 11:15AM)
