About the Role:

As a Software Engineer - Full Stack at OneLot, you will play a key role in building a groundbreaking lending FinTech venture. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining complex backend services, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring the performance and availability of services. You will work closely with the founding team to gain insights into customer needs and solve some challenging problems. The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology, a strong understanding of Backend development, and a desire to contribute to innovative projects.

What you will do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services to support our applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Perform bug fixes, code reviews, and contribute to the overall improvement of code quality.
• Implement and maintain observability and monitoring solutions for production environments.
• Provide support for production issues, troubleshoot, and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes.

What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in building scalable and distributed Backend services.
• Strong proficiency in any one of the languages Typescript / Python / Java.
• Experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, with a focus on GCP.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
