Your role will involve regular check-ins with dealers to ensure their needs are met, assisting them with drawing down on loans, and updating their information in the system to maximize loan potential. You will also serve as the key point of contact for feedback, relaying insights from dealers to help continuously improve OneLot's services. Working closely with our team, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless ongoing client satisfaction and support. **What you will do:** * Engage in regular meetings and visits to build rapport and trust with dealers, ensuring high-quality service and support. * Engage in regular meetings and visits to build rapport and trust with dealers, ensuring high-quality service and support. * Understand dealer operations and cycles to offer suitable solutions aligned with the company’s products and services. * Collaborate with the team to meet sales, conversion, and performance targets while focusing on individual goals. * Assist dealers in keeping their information up-to-date in the system to maximize opportunities and ensure compliance with company requirements. **Skills & Qualifications:** * 1-2 years experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in the automotive or financial industry. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a particular emphasis on the ability to seamlessly transition between various communication modes, including SMS, email, in-person meetings, phone calls, and video calls. * Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. * High level of integrity and professionalism. * Personal car or motorcycle required to visit the dealer. * Fluent in English and Filipino. **Perks/Benefits:** At OneLot, we offer a range of benefits to help you excel in your role and support your personal and professional growth.
