Hello, We are in search of a meticulous and enthusiastic native Hindi-India speaker to join our dynamic team for this annotation project. If you have a high level of independence, a keen eye for detail and a passion for the English language, you could be the person we're looking for. Job Responsibilities: Data Annotation: Execute precise annotation and labeling of data in native language text, according to client-provided guidelines. Tasks may involve identifying specific themes, sentiments, or categorizations within the text. Adherence to Guidelines: Closely follow detailed instructions to ensure data is annotated consistently and accurately across projects. Quality Assurance: Perform self-checks on annotated data to identify and rectify any errors or inconsistencies, ensuring data quality meets high standards. Time Management: Complete annotation tasks within the required timelines, managing workloads effectively to meet project deadlines. Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback on annotation processes and tools, contributing to continuous improvement efforts. Main Requirements Native speaker of Hindi-India. You must be physically located in India to participate. Good level of English for guideline understanding and communication with Centific team. Basic computer skill and familiar with Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. General knowledge in online communication such as Microsoft Teams. Ability to follow directions and perform time bound tasks accurately and efficiently. Ability to perform repetitive tasks without degradation in quality. Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset. Highly organized and focused to work independently as a role player within a team environment and keep motivation in a self-driven environment. Should have a minimum weekly availability of 20-30 hours to work. Good to have: Experience in data annotation. Diploma or Professional Certificate in any field, preferably Linguistics/Languages but not a must.
