Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ONEERP Technical Consultant / Support Engineer with strong ERP implementation and support experience. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SQL, report development using Active Report Designer, and good understanding of ERP data management and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle ERP implementation and support activities across multiple business modules
Perform Master and Transaction Data Upload activities
Develop and customize ERP functionalities based on business requirements
Create and maintain reports, forms, and dashboards using Active Report Designer
Troubleshoot technical issues, system errors, and performance-related problems
Support users in resolving day-to-day ERP-related issues
Build and support integrations with external applications
Coordinate with functional and technical teams for enhancements and issue resolution
Skills & Expertise
5+ years of ERP implementation/support experience
Strong SQL knowledge (Mandatory)
Experience Working On ONEERP Platform Is Highly Preferred
Expertise in Report Development using Active Report Designer
Experience in Master and Transaction Data Upload (Mandatory)
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of ERP workflows and business processes
Experience In Developing ERP Customizations And Enhancements (Preferred)
API and integration understanding (Preferred)
Experience In Building Integrations With External Applications (Preferred)
